I enjoy everyone single bite- the pasty just make me so happy and satisfied. My personal favorites are the egg custard moon cakes and meat pie ( they are seasonal) but all the pastry is great.  Highly recommended!"

"My kids and I have participated in all of Elanie's in-person and online holiday bakery/cooking workshops since it started. We have had a lot of great memories at all her worships because they have a perfect balance between being instructional and inspiring. We have not only picked up baking and cooking skills but also had the chance to learn and celebrate varied cultures and traditions. For example, in the lately held lunar new year cooking workshops, with Elanie, my kids and I have learned how to make Niangao and Tangyuan. My kids were even able to make their own paintings on the surface of Niangao and applied their favorite characters such as Bing Dwen Dwen, the very popular panda mascot of Beijing Olympics 2022, Peppa pigs and etc to the shapes of Tangyuan. You don’t need to worry about buying all these fancy ingredients because Elaine helps you get all of them ready, which saves you tremendous time.
